Corra Group Expands Employment Screening Choices for Background Checks to the Healthcare Industry

El Segundo, CA (PRWEB) June 30, 2014

In seeing the robust hiring within the healthcare industry, Corra Group is offering a wider range ofbackground checks  to this burgeoning economic sector. With the understanding that hospitals, healthcare facilities, and recruiters all have different challenges in determining their employment screening requirements, the El Segundo, California based company is customizing packages for their current and future needs.

“Healthcare workers can be domestic, but they also come from around the world,” said Nick Gustavson, Corra Group Co-Founder. “Employment screening searches will vary according to where the candidate is from, where they worked previously, and where they went to college.

“With the growth of the industry, human resources managers increasingly find themselves hiring job applicants who have been working in the United States, but who were educated in a foreign country,” said Gustavson. “Their needs then for background checks are different. The HR Manager needs to conduct country criminal records checks and healthcare sanctions here in the United States. But then to meet compliance standards, they may also need to conduct international education verification as well as domestic and international employment verification. In short, their employment screening package will vary from the straight American hire.”
