I have worked for an employer for ten years now and when I applied for a job they XXXXXX acted like they were doing me the biggest favor in the world to hire me back in 1999. Even though I had 13 years experience at 3 other john deere dealerships. Then they hire two people because they were a warm body, the last XXXXXX which is a personal fried to one of their sons XXXXX who does their outboard engines . This XXXX posted a profile saying he was a grad of the mmi harley tech in Arizona He had no mechanical skill and has not fixed anything at this business yet he remains employed .Why or should I who has qualifications have to work for an employer that hires people and give them preferential treatment because of who they know and where they were born? XXXX grew up in astoria or, while I grew up in wa state There needs to be some justice and equality here...
